Good job, Doc.  Now what?  What do you think needs to be done to fix "Quincy"?  Of course, surgery.  We need to go in through her abdomen and put those intestines and that spleen back where they belong and fix the tear in her diaphragm.  Slow down a minute there Doc.  "Quincy" has been through a lot, and since she is stable, we are going to wait a day for her surgery.  Studies have actually shown that her survival rate is better after the first 24 hours, as long as she is breathing okay and is not in shock.  So we will have her carefully monitored overnight and we will schedule her for surgery the next day.
